Double room I stayed at was comfortable modern and airy with ac. The service offered was great.

The setting is marvellous, it's near to at a walkable distance from the inner city, Frankfurt in the future, and central train stations. Welcoming and pleasant staff as one would expect.

The staff are very, very nice and courteous. Having satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe in our big size room. The hotel provides an excellent service.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

We booked big size twin room with large bed and could use wake-up service, available in it. Great location close to everything we wanted to see in Frankfurt was a plus. The staff and people generally were very nice and courteous.

Double room had a comfy bed. The staff was top-class, efficient, and responded promptly to requests. It was in a perfect and nice location near to downtown. And we were adjacent to the train station.

Convenient location near train station and bus stop. Clean and quiet room with nice view. Fast check-in and check-out process. Good breakfast with variety of food options.

Practical rooms with a stylish decor, exceptionally comfortable beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Marvellous location in a lovely area, just next door to half way long Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof's platform 1, the real downtown, easy reach of public transport, nice interior, good value for money, and Hahn airport. 15 minutes walk to a glass-fronted skyscraper.

the double room is airy with very good breakfast, good sound insulation, for instance. it offers great service.

Great location by the train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but staff responded quickly and professionally. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The view from the twin room was exceptionally good! A hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were a plus.

The breakfast itself was similar, can be far better.

Had big twin room for placing different things around and wake-up service was available in it. Great location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Everything was good, yet a few employees were not polite.
